By accessing the 1wan platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1wan. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to open an Account on 1wan. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 1wan operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy and will terminate any Account found to belong to a minor, with all associated funds forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses or through any other method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings generated on such accounts will be void.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields required during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location. 1wan does not represent that the Services are legal, available or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Registering from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 1wan support immediately at [email protected].
1wan will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 1wan and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
Deposits to your 1wan Account must be made using payment methods that are available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers and digital wallet options familiar to Pakistan's payment landscape — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — subject to the operator's actual payment setup at any given time.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 1wan does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction. 1wan reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method, your bank's or wallet provider's own processing schedule, and whether any additional verification is required. 1wan does not guarantee specific processing times and does not make "instant guaranteed withdrawal" representations. General industry timelines for reference: e-wallet methods are typically processed faster than bank transfers, which may take up to several business days.
1wan reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests for fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
1wan may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published at the point of offer. By claiming any promotion, you agree to its specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus Funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement. Until this requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to Real Money Funds and may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits vary by promotion and are always stated in the promotion's specific terms.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim offers, deliberately using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk, or any other conduct that 1wan determines to be abusive in its reasonable discretion — will result in the removal of bonus funds, voiding of related winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
Any bonus amounts mentioned on the Platform (including illustrative figures such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000 for switching players") are illustrative examples subject to the published terms of the specific offer at the time it is available. Figures may change. Always read the current offer terms before claiming.
All bets placed on the 1wan Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport or event market. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

Where an Account is closed due to the User's breach of these Terms, 1wan reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the User's request and no breach has occurred, Real Money Funds less any outstanding liabilities will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method.
1wan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice for identity verification, age confirmation and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 1wan as part of this process.

Documents must be clear, unaltered and uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. 1wan will never ask you to send sensitive identity documents over unencrypted chat, email or third-party messaging services. Do not falsify, alter or obscure any submitted document — this is illegal and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1wan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any financial loss beyond the funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant event.
1wan does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 1wan Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1wan uses your data to manage your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your Account and relevant promotions (where you have not opted out of marketing communications). Your data is not sold to third-party marketing companies without your explicit consent.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
